Terms and Conditions/Cancellation & Refund Policy

◆The reservation deadline is 4 days before the class.

◆If you decide to cancel your booked cooking class, N’s Kitchen requests that all cancellations be communicated via email and the reservation site.

– Refunds will be given as follows: If N’s Kitchen receives your cancellation notice at least 7 days prior to the confirmed cooking class, the payment is fully refundable. If you cancel a cooking class between 6 and 5 days before the class, 50% of the payment is refundable. Within 4 days of the class, the payment is non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for unauthorized cancellations or no-shows.

◆If we are not notified and have no way to reach you, your reservation will be forfeited one hour after the start of the lesson. (No refund)

※Please ensure that you provide reliable contact information where we can reach you.

◆For any changes to the number of participants or the menu, please contact us at least 4 days before the class. *Please note that changes cannot be made more than 4 days in advance.

◆If you have any food allergies or dietary preferences, such as being vegan, please inform us at the time of booking.
